Pair Danish Armchairs in Teak by Erik Kirkegaard – SOLD
Two mid-century teak Danish modern arm chairs designed by Erik Kirkegaard for Høng Stolefabrik, Denmark, in the mid-1950s. These classic chairs, model 42, have solid teak frames, sculpted armrests, curved backrests, and retain their original pale sage green fabric. The chairs have stand-alone scale and presence, and work perfectly as side chairs, desk chairs, or captain’s dining chairs. They feature great lines and comfort. These chairs were used as captains chairs as part of the set of dining chairs by Gustav Bertelsen also being offered.
